Human wisdom is based on our own understanding.
GOD gives humans the ability to increase their strength simply by BELIEVING.
SUPERNATURAL strength comes from the cross of JESUS.
To confess your belief in JESUS and turn from SIN allows the SPIRIT of humans NEW STRENGTH.
But you must surrender yourself to the SPIRIT OF JESUS, ASK HIM FOR HELP.
